S.A.L.T.

S.A.L.T. (Sea and Land Taste) is Silversea’s culinary immersion program, debuted on Silver Moon, built to make food a gateway to culture. As Global Creative Director, I co-invented the concept and shaped its brand and experience system, so onboard moments and shore exploration spoke one language.


We designed a 360° journey: S.A.L.T. Kitchen and Bar evolve with each port, S.A.L.T. Lab hosts hands-on classes and talks, and S.A.L.T. Experiences take guests into kitchens, markets and vineyards. Curated with regional experts, it turned “local gastronomy as storytelling” into a signature—and a benchmark for experiential luxury travel.
